Did your NOA mention biometrics?

I've read on here that some people are lucky enough to skip biometrics for the N-400 if they've undergone the process within the last year, and some aren't. We just received the NOA for my husband's N-400 application today (actually received 2 identical ones, great way to spend our money, folks) and it says something to the effect of "please confirm that this is your correct address. After we have completed a Record Check you will be scheduled for an interview at your local USCIS office" (I dont have the paper with me, but this is pretty close to what it said) and that's it!

Do you think it means they're accepting the biometrics that he did in June 08 for his (still pending) removal of conditions?

This is the same letter everyone gets whether they get biometrics on not.

(Mine said the same thing and I had to take biometrics even though I did biometrics last year for a different application.)

The above is not legal advice.

It is either from research or merely my opinion.

boo. oh well. guess we'll just have to wait and see, hoping for some speed and good luck on this part of the process, even if we have to do biometrics again. thanks for the response, MsAnn.
