Tried to submit feedback via "Contact Us" form, and I pressed the "I'm not a robot" button which promptly gave me the checkmark; but then when I clicked to submit the form, the site brought me back to the filled-in form with an error message at the top which read that I failed the "Captcha" authenticator. Just wanted to make you aware of this issue. Thank you.

Seems like in the last two weeks or so, EVERY other entry in Visa Journey has an ad sandwiched in between.  Is this a browser issue?  If so (I use Firefox on a Windows 10 laptop), can you suggest what I need to tweek?

Many thanks,

Sukie in NY

I tried to create an account today using my email address. The box for the current location did not give any options to auto-complete the city, and refused to let me create an account because I did not pick an auto-completed option (ended up just using google account signup)

Tried in both firefox,, and edge. Same result.

My profile still says "Adjustment of Status (pending)" even though I updated my timeline a month ago. It should now read "Adjustment of Status (approved)" Any idea how to fix this bug?

I came across this issue when changing from K1 Visa to AOS (pending). So editing the timeline won’t change that. On your phone, go to menu > account > account settings > under “other settings” click edit profile > scroll down and you’ll see a drop down menu to reflect your current immigration status. Hope it works!

I got two Bugs to report:

BUG #1: Not being a robot seems to be not desired? (I removed my email only for the screenshot to protect my privacy)

image.png.8708226090d01f3d8b31522dcc87e6d3.png

BUG #2: Content of the message

As you can see from the message, I'm not able to update my timeline. The AOS, EAD and AP sections are hidden, even though they shouldn't be.

Can someone please look into this?

Thanks!!

From

https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/ One can look at “lifting conditions” timelines.

Clicking that link leads to:

https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/liftlist.php?cfl=&op5=5,9,10,11,12

and instead of I-751 timelines, I get N-400 timelines.

I'm editing my TIMELINE journey.... I'm in the lifting data section.

My CIS service center is "MSC" - Missouri Service Center (National Benefits Center).... but in the drop-down list, there is no option for me to select MSC or National Benefit Center.  I submitted to the Phoenix lockbox by the way and my reciept number in I-797 NOA starts with MSCXXXX

Any update on adding "MSC" (Missouri Service Center (National Benefit Center)" to the drop-down list for "Lifting Data Section" ?

I think I found a bug. If I use the Timeline Search form and search by Interview Date (let's say the month of July 2021):

It gives me a lot of results with Interview Dates spanning apparently all dates:

Please advise.
