I had problems from my work computer. I could access the site on my cell though.

I’m only able to view the website when I’m off of WiFi. As soon as I try to access the website, l on WiFi, the page doesn’t load. As soon as I clicked a link from one of the members, it said a message something like: “ should you really be here, your information is recorded...” or something like that. I’m so confused, the link was on a forum about expedite request process and it was a normal link. I’m worried I won’t be able to access this site anymore on WiFi. Can anyone help??

I was blocked out of the website from phone and laptop on my WiFi for a couple hours. I just tried again this am, and thankfully it’s working again! I think it’s something with the website but I think it should resolve if you just wait a little while and try again later in the day.

There is another thread discussing this specific issue.  I had the same issue, on the laptop using VPN, I cleared the browser history and cookies, and that seemed to work.  The iPad and iPhone did not work on WiFi, but the phone worked without WiFi, so I reset my internet router and WiFi base and now they are all working.  Captain Ewok is working on it as well, so it might have been things they did that got it working for me now.

I've only tried to access it through my phone on WiFi. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. It seems totally random.

Yeah, it seemed to be an IP address issue that is why I tried the phone without WiFi and it seemed to work.  Now everything is working fine and I know Captain Ewok has also been working behind the scenes on the firewall, etc., so maybe this is why it is working better for me.

Checking in to see if we can get have someone look at the timeline error for NOA1 dates

I am having a similar issue with updating my timeline for ROC filing and NOA1 dates.

The time between is less than 8 weeks, but it still giving me the error.

I am able to add an earlier date than my actual NOA1 date without issue.

I posted screenshots in the thread below.

Can anyone take a look and respond?

Bug - same as above, mentioned here before finding this, sorry - unable to update Timeline for Lifting Conditions w/ a NOA date without getting an error that my filing date and NOA date are both incorrect.  Also, it removes "Texas Service Center" selection every time I try to update my timeline, screenshots below:

I changed the error detection to allow up to 60 days (versus previously 28).  Does this fix the issue?

Is it fixed now?  I changed the error checking to 60 days from 28 for Lifting Conditions filing to NOA.

Success! I was able to add the NOA date for my Lifting Conditions timeline.

Thank you!

Not on my case. My form was received on April 23, and the NOA was issued only by July 1st. 2020.

I am having the same issue on my AOS, EAD and AP NOA dates. The timeframe between for me is exactly a month (filed on Aug 11, NOA printed Sep 11) but the system won't accept it. I've been trying for a few days now and it still won't work.
