I started a new thread about this issue as I wasn't sure if it was a problem with my computer or the website, but now I think I've determined it is in fact a bug on Visa Journey's end.

I wanted to upload a profile picture, but the first one I tried to upload, I didn't like. I removed it without saving it. Now, whatever image I try to upload, whether it's directly from my computer or through a direct URL, it will only display that first profile picture that I uploaded--even when I save the new image. I have logged out of the site, cleared my cache, restarted my browser, restarted my computer, logged in using a different browser I've never accessed Visa Journey on, and refreshed my profile page while logged out. The image that displays is always the incorrect one and now I believe that there's nothing more I can do to try and correct the problem on my end; I can't get the site to "forget" that first uploaded image and allow me to apply a new one.

I noticed different sections in the timelines act differently. for instance in my timeline I filled up two sections Lifting Conditions and N400. The comments section in Lifting Conditions works fine, I could include line breaks and create new paragraphs.

However, comments section in Citizenship section shows everything as if they were written in one single paragraph. I can't create new paragraphs or enter line breaks in that section. Could you please take a look?

I get email "Mike122413,

This is an automated email notifying you that a VisaJourney member (Patrick and Patricia) with similar filing dates has updated their timeline. Because they filed for their immigration benefit near your filing date, your case may have an update in the near future as well.

You may view their updated timeline here: http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=0

To view or change your timeline subscription settings please follow this link: http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/subcriptions.php"

When i click on link http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=0 it tells me "

Oops!

Captain we have a problem. Some how there were multiple entries found, Please contact an admin to resolve this."

Whats happening?

An example quote.

Can we get a space above the quotes as well? As you can see it's a little crammed when you have a lot of text and multiple quotes in one post.

Example of crammedness above ^
