Test

Sorry... When I quote to a post (ROC monthly thread spread sheet) and change some dates and delete quote tags and hit "Preview Post", all the underlines are gone...

(I tested above, you can just post with underline though...)

When looking at the lists of posts, I can't tell if I have posted in the thread, or maybe I'm not seeing it. The cartoon "folder" looked different for threads you have posted in before.

How about a differentiation between "new posts-you havent posted in this thread" and "new post-you posted in this thread"...there was in prior version. I think it was a little square or something...can't remember exactly.

1. Need TIME (in addition to the date) of the last post made in a thread (even if it's beyond a day old).

2. Need time of own last log-in (it used to appear at lowest right of the screen).

3. After moving a thread, I saw no "threadcrumb" in the old forum.

4. Where are the birthdays?

Gracias, Admiral.

Item 3 is now the default... working the rest.

Do you really need the time in the forums view fore the last post for topics that are weeks/months old?

Number #4, in each person's profile. Were people using this on the main forum view before?

Actually, I moved subsequent threads the "new way" (after replying within them -- ultra-cool!); the thread that prompted the "no threadcrumb" comment was moved the "old way."

Nope, don't need the actual time for for last posts of old topics. (Duh, T-B.)

Birthday list at bottom was quite nice to have; it enabled the sending of birthday greetings and reminded us of once-active members. I looked at it every day, usually first thing.

New item: How about restoring the "date of VJ membership" in the left sidebar of everyone's posts? Pretty helpful to see who's brand-new, ancient, or having a "VJ sign-up anniversary" without having to delve into the profile.

New item: Concerning the "reputation" levels in the profiles, what's the scale for "good, better, best, excellent, lousy"?

Maybe I'm blind, but I'm not seeing "Last Active" or "Last Online" dates on member profiles. Are they hiding somewhere?

I find that REALLY useful when looking at people's timelines -- if I see that they haven't been online here in 6 months, then I can discount the out-of-date info in their timelines since they probably just haven't updated it. So I'd really really like to see that feature returned.

Unless it's hiding somewhere I'm just not seeing?

One tiny other thing: on the main forums page, right hand side, I see the box for my watched TOPICS, but I used to have quick links to the forums I reference a lot. Now I'm having to scroll all the way down the page (oh horrors, first world problem!) to get to, for example, the regional forum I want to check. Could there be a box returned for favorite forums (or again, is it hiding somewhere)?

Relationship since April 2006

AOS filed November 19, 2013, EAD/AP received January 30, 2014, interview and AOS Approval on February 27, 2014.

ROC filed December 3, 2015, NOA1 12/4/15, Biometrics 12/31/15, ROC Approval on June 16, 2016, 10-Year Green Card received June 22, 2016.

N400 filed September 14, 2023, same day acceptance and Biometric Reuse notice, Interview on 2/13/24: Passed and same day oath. ALL DONE WITH USCIS.

You were definately right on the profiles. I fixed that.

On the profile info on topics I can try to add that date back. TBD on the watched forums. I agree on having it and I will try to fix as well.

It used to have a little white thing on the folder and a paperclip. I agree with Bayareaguy, it would be so much usefull to have that again. smile.png

Not perfect but almost completely back... The only icon that doesn't show is if there is a topic that you have not posted in and have already read.
