Why does "My Assistant" not work from the home page? It seems to work from every other page. I also noticed that, when you click 'My Assistant' on the home page, the window that it creates is a different size and shape from the one that gets created when you click the same link on some other page. Is this any help in isolating the problem?

Capt'n,...

Can we possibly have something amended in the timeline thingys. This is a copy of mine....

"lifting of Conditions NOA sate", should be DATE.

And could we possibly include somethig to indicate approval date without interview, for those people who dont have interviews. I got a letter today saying my conditions have been lifted, but dont know how to reflect it except in comments...Thers no way of calculating approval time Unless we can input A DATE.

Hi,

I wonder if we could change the K1 section to either K1, K3 or other visas??? I edited my timeline and was forced to enter K1 dates, otherwise I couldnt save my AOS timeline. But I arrived with J1. And I know there is a bunch of people who arrived on H1B, B2, F1 or whatever... Could we add that too, since it would be interesting to see other people who entered with the same visa?

Thanks,

Anna

On Jame's shortcuts it suggests resizing the barcode to .4" x 3.45". Now the package scans on visajourney state that they didn't scan the coversheets because they were the exact same as the downloadable versions. Looking at the downloadable versions available from the shortcuts it's obvious that the barcodes on those Word Documents are not .4" x 3.45".

Somewhere there is a mismatch and if someone could scan those a coversheet to verify the exact dimension of a barcode it would help a great deal.

Thanks,

Adam

I am having a problem updating our avatar photo. The file is jpg and less than 100 x 100 pixels. I do the upload and it says "replaced" but I see my original picture. I also tried disabling the avatar (worked fine), then uploading the new jpg file and I get the original image. Logging out and back in do not help either.

So I'm out of ideas and workarounds - Help!!!

Oh by the way, Mari and I are so grateful for this site and all the work assembling and updating tracking information. You guys have provided a GREAT service here.

Thanks! :D

:help:Regarding TIMELINES [select # of Rows to Display]

I have 4 computers. Each run XP Pro. My main machine locks up each time I click on the "Select # of Rows to Display" button. One of my laptops has the same results. 2 of my other computers have no problem with this button.

I am guessing it is a scripting or pop-up issue but I have added visajourney.com to the ALLOW list and checked each Security setting I could find in the IE settings. I also run Norton Internet Security but have not see anything to change that could be keeping the script or popup to work.

Pardon if this has been discovered and I did not search back far enough...
