3rd party affidavits, help or hinder?

Hi guys,

I have several 3rd party affidavits from when i successfully adjusted my status for a conditional greencard, one from a best friend of my Wife's, one from my mother in law, and others from my friends and family back home in England. However, they were never looked at.

When trying to remove conditions by myself, would these come in handy to help prove that our marriage was entered into in good faith? The one from my mother in law also states that we are living under her roof and are to do so for as long as we please.

If i show them in my removal of conditions interview, will the officer know that they were not seen in the green card interview, and in turn could it look like i'm trying to cover something up to them?

At our AOS interview, the officer looked at them, and commented upon them in a positive way. he wa also very pleased with our photoalbums.

In the situation i am talking about, removing conditions independently, would they be useful to prove the bona fides of the relationship when entered?

When the time comes for your removal of condion you need to get new Affidavits from your friends and families that know you since your AOS adjustment or longer. The affidavits need to support the facts that you are a legitamet couple, living together. You need to collect all new documents from now on till your removal that show joint bank accounts, utility bills credit card statements. Filed jointly Income tax , Car and House Insurance in both of your name.

My familes i can get it, hers might be a problem now. Her mother would thought i think. We filed joint tax together, we have joint bank and credit card. We live with her in alws so there is no house insurance, and she has a car on a joint loan with her mother, her mother would testify that i pay half of the bill though, sometimes all.

how about marriage counseling and getting an apartment of your own. how about getting a job and developing a relationship with your wife? you're giving up too easily. it almost looks like you don't want to be married.

USCIS is not gonna look kindly on a visa waiver to marriage to green card to divorce. it's just been done too many times before.

I want to be married, my Wife says she doesn't anymore. My mother in law says if i want to stay in the US unmarried if things go wrong she sees no problem with that.

My mother in law said that if my Wife ever did end it with me that she'd support me to go to school here, i could stay in the basement until i can transfer to dorm. Would that look good on the Waiver? My Wife and MIL would even write affidavits. My Wife and i just back from Florida too, our delayed honeymoon, tons of pictures. I just think this is crazy but i want to be prepared
