Is he saying that you dont need to send the 129f in at all? That they are processed(to get the visa in hand) in the same amount of time?

It may be best to just file the 130 for a CR! visa, as the service centers are processing stand alone 130's MONTHS faster than k3's(with 129f)

I would be slightyly annoyed that my lawyer wasnt doign as I wished though. :P He is probably doing you a favor in the end though

"you fondle my trigger then you blame my gun"

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!
