This applies to all estimations (K1/K3/IR1/CR1/AP/EAD):

I just overhauled the entire method that we use to calculate estimated approval dates. It is coded differently but works basically the same with several key improvements / fixes. The estimated approval dates should be both more accurate (there was an error before that caused the estimated dates to be slightly off in some cases) and also the approval estimation "range" should be more correct for the majority of people :). I am also considering a few other ways to make things even better. I will status as they are done.

I have improved the outlier rejection method for all estimations. This has enabled the "range" of approval dates to be more accurate (smaller range). This is particularly noticeable for large data sets such as the AP and EAD approval estimates (lots of recent data). Right now there have been so few approvals at the CSC for any petition that most there are few outliers to reject... fingers crossed for them to speed up!
