hey thank u so much for all the info and we have no kids at all we just married on the dec, 17, 2008 and i was only married for 6 days in 1988 and my wie died after 6 days of marriage in an accident and then i was so shock for almost 20 years and then i met sheryl online and now we very happily married, i got my ex wife death certificate and copy too notorized ( thanks to Wal Mart). sheryl is never married before and she never worked anywhere and she never lived anywhere but her home. so it is easy to file for both of us. i do have all the IRS tax returns for the last three years. I just need to go get the police clearance for me and she is getting it too in philippines this week. i never been arrested or any crime or anything like that, so i am thinking that i should have any problem with any thing. all u vjers thank u so much, abby n sheryl

I don't think you need police clearance for you, just your wife's NBI this can take 2 weeks cuz if she changed her last name NBI will check both names. one more thing i've been hearing is CENMAR to show she has not been married, you can get this at NSO.

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg
