Most aborted babies don't have severe abnormalities.

Not to worry the killer will represent all anti-abortion people for years to come but a few Muslim extremists don't represent all Muslims.

The thing I find most troubling in this story is that there are people in this country who will stop at nothing to deliver their brand of justice.

While this guy is sure to be an extremist, we as a nation are as a whole becoming more sharply divided.

Thankfully this type of self-styled Justice is still rare, if not, we are doomed.

I think we all know I am against abortion and also against murder...this man did NOT deserve to be shot to death while ushering in his church. And while I will never agree that abortion is right, especially late term abortions, and I don't personally agree with Dr. Tiller's career choice, he wasn't breaking the law - whether anyone likes it or not. He had a LEGAL right to his practice.

And there's a ridiculous -and sad- irony in someone opposing abortion killing someone. Pro-life? Not when you consciously take the life of a human, so don't give me that hypocritical sh!t.

No, not all anti-abortion or pro-life people are represented by these extremists.

Jundp, thank you for your post. You give me hope to believe that not everyone in the pro-life camp is filled with the same vitriol as seen on this thread today. We can disagree (even strongly disagree!) on our fundamental positions regarding abortion while still recognizing that murdering a family man while he is attending church services is a callous act of murder and should be condemned as such. I have no words to express what I think of anyone who shrugs off such an act of murder and rationalizes it.

By the way, I was joking around with Randomizer while I was writing in this thread...I was presenting a different extreme of a view. So I am not actually filled with vitriol either and I am on the pro-life camp. Sorry the sarcasm meter wasn't working well.

The last thing I heard last night about the suspect is that he had been part of an anti-govt group. If he is a Republican(he probably isn't anyway) he obviously represents an extreme.
