Form I-130 Section C question 14

On form I-130 Section C question 14 it asks if your relative has ever been to the US and to ggive the arrival departure date from the I-94.

My wife was in the US for 3 months for training on a J1 visa, but she has since left. The confusion I have is in the wording of the question. It says "If your relative is CURRENTLY in the US complete the following:".

Do I need to complete section 14 and put the I-94 departure date in there if she is not currently in the US now?

We did the same as well, as I left the States before we got married.

Just put N/A to all blanks where answer is requested.

Ok that's two replies of people saying they marked N/A for question 14 if they had already left the U.S. Can anyone else confirm? The more people that confirm this the better I will feel as I don't want any problems with the application. I hope you guys understand.

I said N/A as well. They mean if she was actually USING the J1 visa and in the U.S. put the dates/information.

But because she has left, definitely put N/A.

:)

My wife has been in the U.S since 2005 with F-1 visa and she back and forth every year .

On part C, question 14 requires I-94 and arrival date .

Should I put the first enter or the last one ?

Thanks...
