do they have any website where u can see online with the case number assign by NYC?

I really appreciate it if u can put the address here. advance thanks. abby n sheryl

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

No, only payment page, when you have your invoice idenification number you can sign in using online payment site this will show when payments are being processed or paid and allows you to print out cover pages to send with your docs, but you must call NVC for case status.

Abby, you need to call NVC every day till you get your NVC case number.

To check status of case:

Call (603)334-0700, choose 1 then 1 then 1 and then 1, enter USCIS-NOA2# and then 1.

It's too bad you can't check online eh? That would save NVC a lot of hassle I think! You can only call and check the AVR (automated system) and talk with an operator if you have questions.
