It looks like the timelines are back populating the anticipated NOA2 approvals dates again, and mine is between July 2, and 10th. I know that they do not represent real time, but at least it is a estimate. I am ready for the NOA2, I already have the ds3032, ds 230 and I864 filled out ready to go. :thumbs:

We are in the same boat and ready just waiting for the NOA2. Ours is July 6 to July 14. It will fluctuate day to day. Hopefully sooner for the noa2

It can't be more frustrating.

I just checked my anticipated NOA2 date, now it's between September 17th to December 13th!!!

Oh, did I mention it was around July 3rd yesterday? ! :crying:

04/16/2009 - I-130 Mailed to Chicago lockbox

04/20/2009 - I-130 Received

04/24/2009 - I-130 NOA1

05/xx/2009 - Called Military Helpline, Expedite denied...now hubby's underway

08/13/2009 - touch

08/22/2009 - RFE left USCIS ,according to the website

09/23/2009 - still haven't got RFE from USCIS in the mail, requested them to send another copy of the letter

10/06/2009 - I130 approved , Never got the RFE though!

01/13/2010 - REF, supplemental information sheet required

Yes mine jumped forward dramatically to Sept - Dec as well. What's happening?

Mine too, from somewhere between June and July, now its between August and the end of Novemebr.

i was so disappointed lol

I864 delivered November 2nd.....nvc logged it on November 5th

DS230 delivered November 6th.....nvc logged it on November 12th

I looked at the data for "Approximate Processing Dates for Common Forms" "Petitions with NOA 1 dates are currently being processed CSC- April 2nd 2009 and VSC is November 20 2008."

My NOA1 is 4/7, so based on that I dont see how it can be adjucated between August and November.

Im not wasting a lot of energy either way on these timelines (at least until mine goes back to June :D )

The timelines jump based on how cases are moving along. In April they were estemated at 40 days now much more it varys from day to day.

Dont be disappointed or to happy either. They are just estimations... and there are people that do not update timelines so it is never VERY accurate

If the I-130 with NOA1 date of April 2 is now being processed, we should start seeing alot of NOA2 for all us April filers in June and July :dance::yes:

You're on the money! Good for you for being prepared. Maybe don't sign the DS-230, 3032, or 864 just so you can sign when you're allowed to send (that way your dates won't be way off!) Do you have your certified birth certificate and marriage certificate to give them? Also a police check they ask for.

Yeah, I have the certified copy of marriage and birth certificates. I have tax transcripts from the IRS(previous 3 years) and fillout out form ds 230 from my wife as well as the from ds3032, choice of agent form. The police check will be done in the phlippines.
