We received notice from IV Unit in Bangkok on April 27 that Packet 3 was mailed to Pim. She decided to download the files directly from the Embassy website, mail them in and not wait for the package to arrive. It still has not arrived. She left out Form DSC 2001 and mailed the otherwise completed package in. Could this be a problem? I know there was some question as to the need for DSC 2001 or not. In any case, she in mailing the form in tomorrow. Does anyone have recent experience with this?

It is required for the interview to be scheduled. She should mail it in ASAP, but there is also some protocol to follow, as far as indicating on the envelope and the cover letter that this is an additional document. Check on the embassy's website for further directions.
