DO I NEED STAMP IN MY I-555 STAMP IN MY PASSPORT AFTER

I-757 APPROVAL LETTER

2, AFTER I-757 OR APPROVAL HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECIEVE THE TEN YRS GREEN CARD

THNKS

Hi offrey,

I think you mean I-751. Well the approval letter says for I-751 that you will get the card in 60 days. But recently there has been delays in

card production. Read this post for offical annoucement for the reason in the delay of 10 yr card production for approved I-751 applicants.

I think you mean I-551 as there's no I-555 as far my knowledge goes.

The I-551 STAMP you asking is giving if you don't get Notice of Action (NOA) from USCIS, or your case is completed after 1 year and your previous NOA expires,

then you go make an infopass and get a I-551 STAMP ( in that case they take your 2 year GC).

Now due to the delays in card production, if you need I-551 stamp you have to make an infopass. I don't know how long will that I-551 stamp will be, and I also think they will take your 2 Yr GC as they will tell you you don't need it anymore as you will get 10 Yr GC.

Hope it helps.
