my relative is not in US so i put N/A for the adjustmnet of status correct?

if ur relative is not eligible for adj of status, he will apply for visa abroad at american consular post in _____city____ and ____country_____ - what goes here?

The place you would want to finish the process (home country)

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

The nearest U.S consulate that's close to wherever your relative lives.

Mom sponsoring for her son(my brother)

06/15/2010 : I-130 for son
06/23/2010 : Check Cashed
06/26/2010 : Received NOA
03/20/2012 : Received RFE(I-797E)
05/23/2012: Application approved after RFE response
06/29/2012: Received letter from NVC

06/03/2015: Change petition from F1 to F3 category

hello all! My mother going to submit i-130 petion for me and I also do not know what to write in that question #22 because I am in USA now and I am studying in college and I just start and I going to study here long time,

so, what do I need to write there?
