Congrats Mr. Big Dog - nine must be your lucky number!!

I called the FBI this morning, they said their response had been sent back on Friday after my biometrics, so I think that means they were readable...

I did notice on my USCIS casestatus portfolio that my original I-130 and I-131 were touched a few days before biometrics. Anybody else had this happen?

Hello! I called this afternoon too and the FBI said they had sent my results back to the USCIS but they were not allowed to tell me the results of them. To do that, she gave me the general USCIS customer service number. :unsure:

On another note, today I received a YELLOW letter form the USCIS that "since I am basing my naturalization on marriage to a US citizen, said when I go to the interview, I should take the following documents with me, but not to post them".

I did include these with my package - why do you think I need to take them again...is it a problem or just routine?

1) My state driving license

2) proof of termination of previous marriages for both me and my spouse

No, it is a different location. This time, it is Center City Philadelphia, 1600 Callowhill St.

Hi Kiki,

Yes I tried to explain in the previous post, the FBI can only tell the status of the request not the results. But they can definitely say if the prints were legible or not, because if they were not, they cannot send a result back to USCIS. So you might check with them again, to make sure the prints were readable/legible, and then you have the answer.

I think the yellow letter is routine, and perhaps they just want to make sure you have the 'originals' with you. I'm expecting to get similar letter for hubby's divorce decree and my ID, even though we also sent them in.

Did anyone else's I-130 and I-131 get touched recently?

I will keep my fingers crossed for you, Phillydude...It looks that Philadelphia schedules interview appointments 1 month and a half in advance...and I see that they have some people from DE coming to the interviews as well (that's why they are not the fastest). So let's think you will get yours in a week and a half from now to make it perfect for your traveling plans.
