So I have read a ton of times that you need 6 passport pictures for beneficiary and 2 for petitioner... but if you count again, I believe you need more!

I-130...................1 Photo of Petitioner

........................1 Photo of Beneficiary

G-325A of P for I-130...1 Photo of Petitioner

G-325A of B for I-130...1 Photo of Beneficiary

I-485...................2 Photos of Beneficiary

G-325A of B for I-485...1 Photo of Beneficiary

I-765...................2 Photos of Beneficiary

____________________________________________

........................2 Photos of Petitioner

........................7 Photos of Beneficiary

I am not filing for I-131, which I believe requires 2 more photos of Beneficiary... so then, am I correct in my math?

Yes for the I-131 is 2 pictures.. since this form is free i'm going to go ahead and file for it too as well as i765

this is what i counted...

Pictures at walmart are always a set of 2 so... i need

Alien-8 passport style pictures

USC- 2 passport style pictures

$10 set of 2 passport pictures at Walmart

*1 passport photo I-130=USC

*1 passport photo I-130=Alien

*2 passport photos I-485=Alien

*2 passport photo I-765=Alien

*2 passport photo I-131=Alien

7 pictures for Alien and 1 Picture USC

in your case you would only need 5 pictures and 1 for petitioner

You are not counting the G-325A forms that MUST be submitted with the I-130 and the I-485.

For the I-130, both the petitioner and beneficiary MUST submit a form G-325A, and each one of them requires 1 picture.

For the I-485, the beneficiary MUST submit another copy of the form G-325A, and 1 picture for it

So you actually need, in your case, submitting all forms, 9 photos for Alien, 2 photos for USC

PS- I read somewhere that sam's club does passport pictures for $5, or you can actually take the pictures yourself:

Which I think that is what I am going to do, because I think is retarded to have to spend +$70 on photos only... I am already struggling paying the forms, can't really afford passport pictures that are so expensive!
