OR

The other option for her is to send it via e-mail to NVC here: NVCInquiry@state.gov

The sample of the DS-3032 she can find here: http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form. Just tell her to copy that text and fill in the gaps with her info then send back to NVC via e-mail.

You are welcome, and a piece of advise: always double check together everything, something might be misspelled, etc. I am the beneficiary but always check after my husband because sometimes he can be very absent ;)

Abby, just have your wife email it to NVC. It will be quicker for you both. Also start gathering the next documents, I-864 and DS-230. I had my wife sent all the documents to me before NVC even assigned us our NVC case number. Stay ahead of them, everything goes fast from here. Just follow the Lingche Shortcut. You'll be fine.. Good Luck!!

can u send the choice of agent even without the case no yet from nvc

You need to have a case number 1st from NVC.

For the AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT. Your husband has to file the form I-864. And if your Father is living in the same household he has to file the form I-864A, if he's NOT in the same household he has to file the I-864 also along with all the documents that are needed. Where exactly are you right now with your case?
