Pics of Iraq rape and torture

A few days back we saw a subject about "new" pictures which Obama would not release.

These pics were claimed to contain photos of more graphic torture, specific acts of Rape, even Homosexual rape and rape of a minor.

The story led me to believe the existence of these photos were fact and then today I saw this story where

a patent denial was made by the Pentagon that such photos of Rape existed.

Apparently some people have claimed such photos do exists, I can't be sure what the truth is but until we do have more than one persons claim, I am not ready to accept as fact that these crimes took place.

WHY ARE SOME FOLKS SO QUICK TO ASSUME THE WORST OF OUR MILITARY?

I have said it before and will repeat, if any such acts of Rape did take place, I wish the worst punishment on those who contributed or were in a position to stop it.

For some reason... some people within our own country thrive on misinformation which harms the Military.

I'm sure there has been atrocities done by the American military where no evidence exists. However, it is unfair to accuse any one person or the military of anything with no evidence. But I'll go a step further. In the volatile state we find ourselves in these days, as a country, it is absolutely irresponsible to suggests that evidence of these atrocities exists. Many, many lives can be ruined by the mere suggestion.

The pentagon, responding to charges made in the DAILY TELEGRAPH about photos responded "no" to the facts it could address.

Did such events take place?

Thats another story but one I would be interested in hearing about if there is evidence.
