Thank You kpic! I sure will. Just for fun I called USCIS today to ask them the status of my application and to check whether there is any info regarding my interview date. Same BS. Your case is pending, and everything seems normal. Upon asking if he would be able to tell me when I would hear regarding the interview, he said its upto my local office. I just smiled, thanked him and hung up. Honestly, for those who are dependant on the online case status updates, just dont bother. You'll live longer and healthier.:)

08/14/09 - Applied for Social Security Card

09/15/09 - Interview in Fairfax, VA ***APPROVED***

09/15/09 - Card Production Ordered

09/19/09 - Welcome to the USA letter received.

09/24/09 - Green Card in Hand

Time from Application receipt to Approval: 76 days.

Remove conditions: 09/2011

Remove conditions initial application: 7/6/2011 Approval: 4/17/2012

Congrats!! But you know..I have much respect for USCIS. I really don't think they just don't want to do their jobs. The get some sense of satisfaction know how much they effect our lives.

Thank you KKHoliday. You do have a point there. Maybe they do it deliberately, until a congressman, or a Senator interferes and even they can go only so far.

Sorry to hear a RFE,but I think there is not big deal right? I do believe you will have a smooth and plesant interview expenrience since you spent so much time

to prepare for it, just be relax and confident after all.

So far everything is ok,I got "card production ordered" on the EAD yesterday,which is just a moth from submiting,looks things are moving along very fast,hopefully to have interview letter in hand this month,thank you and be sure to have evidence as more as possible

My wife got her greencard last October and Case Status Online still shows pending. :lol:
