Good afternoon. I got my approval of advance parole today. I don`t know if it`s really coincidence that my mom just passed away today in the philippines and got this approval. But anyway, whatever the reason is I am thankful that I have this paper.

In case I will be travelling to Philippines asap would it be a conflict because I have a Philippine passport and my advance parole now is in my married now.? I wanna go home but I am so confuse! How many days should I stay in the Philippines if I will be going home?

My husband and I decided that I will just go home alone because airfares is too high.

Anyone could recommend me a cheap airlines....because I am currently booking for available flights tormorrow which we can afford.

I need some of your opinions please! God bless!

Does your advance parole have any information bout how long you can be out of the country with it?

I don't know if is easy to get a copy of the "deceased certificate" of your mother, you may need it.

When my father passed my husband called American Airlines and asked for the fastest flight available, they were very nice and gave us a big discount plus we travelled first class (half of the way). They asked for some information to verify about our family emergency.

I was just thinking about you about a hour ago and I was wondering how your mother was doing. I am very sorry about your lost, that is very heartbreaking. She is dancing now with the angels

I would high tail it out, I hope your hubby can get you a ticket so you can get out of this country and go back to your family for this hard time.

You will be fine on your AP. just bring what others said to bring and you will be fine.

Peace

Yogi

Good day! I just talked to my sisters in the philippines and my mom pass away this morning( US Time). She didn`t respond anymore in the medicine and she didnt make it.

Please include my mom in your prayers for the Eternal Repose of her soul.

What is my option now? Do I have options. I am so depressed because of this. Can I go home even I don`t have advance parole? I don`t know what to do right now?

Thank u so much and God bless us all!

Love,

Netscot

My condolences. to you and your family.YES YOU CAN go home even without the AP. All you have to do is go to your nearest consulate and ask for emergency travel permit. Believe me I talked to Mr. Domingo Nolasco and Consul Donato of Atlanta in person 2 weeks ago and they announced that issue to all pinoys who were there. They willi ssue travel permit for emergency situation like you have now.
