Why is that some K1 timelines have estimated date for I129F approval and some do not have... it just says "There is not enough data in the timelines to accuratley approximate when your I-129f will be approved" !!!!

Because there is not enough data to give an accurate reading.

If you look in the tech forum - there is a post by Cpt. Ewok explaining the reasoning.

Basically - not enough K-1's are getting approved to make the call.

Yes, the note already says that there is not enough data to accuratley approximate when I129f will be approved. I looked for the post by the admin but unfortunately I couldn't find that... any way, thank you - I'll look for it more...

My question is why some people have and some do not have it! I thought it may be becuase of different countries but I found out that some poeple of the same country, which applied in the same period of time also, have the estimated date and some do not have it - I guess I have to assume it as a system failure or some thing!!!! any idea?

NOT ENOUGH CURRENT DATA... it is exactly what it is..... not country specific but simply not enough current data to provide a statistically accurate prediction.....

Mine hasn't returned yet... I checked your timeline date! Its variation degree seems so strange to me but still feels good to have it back!!!
