We would like to know once we receive our NOA2, hopefully anytime soon, do I need to send my original W-2 forms for the past 3 years to my finacee or photocopies will be fine? What about the I-134 (Affidavit of Support), does it have to be the orginal copies too? Any inputs will be highly appreciated. Thanks Vj family! God bless us all! ;):)

Copies, never send originals.

I sent originals to my husband when were were applying for the K1. I figured if I sent originals, there would be no justification for an RFE. In our petition to USCIS I included only copies and my hubby took all of the originals with him to the interview (and brought too the US when he came).

in my experience, i only had the 2007 & 2008 original w-2's of my husband but the pre-screener filipino guy only asked the 2008 w-2 along with the I-134, 2008 of 1040, marriage certificate, nbi clearance and my birth certificate..all were originals. (he didn't ask bank statement). on my interview with the consul, he didn't ask me any papers at all.. he just asked 3 questions and i get approved.
