Hi everyone! It's been awhile since I wrote. Just wanted to let everyone know that I filed to remove conditions on May 15th!!! I'm excited to embark on this final leg of the journey. Everything is going smoothly and my husband and I still have a great relationship...... Horray for that!

I love living in San Diego. I just got a volunteer job at Helen Woodward Animal Center working with cats. I am very excited.

Anyone else from my time frame filing for conditions (2007??) I hope everyone has been having a wonderful experience like I have been. I'm interested to know where you are all at in your new lives here in America.

I'll keep you updated on my progress with the Removal of Conditions process.

*NOA1 Received 5/19

*RFE Received 06/2009

*Biometrics 07/2009

*RFE sent to CSC 09/2009

*Notification of RFE acceptance 10/2009

*Interview Date: December 4th!

*January 9th: Received 10 year Green Card in the mail :)

Hi Sarah,

Thanks for the kind post. Most of us have either filed, are approved or are waiting for either getting the response from USCIS or waiting for the 10 Yr card ( those who got approved).

I applied in mid Feb and am waiting for the response from USCIS.

Wish you good luck. CSC is good at processing so in the next 3 months or so you will hear from them.

Hey Sarah, I just moved to San Diego! What a wonderful city it is!

Unfortunately I won't be able to file for my Removal of Conditions until Dec 2010.. still way ahead, but I'm always here on the forum gathering experience from all of you! :thumbs:

05/12/04 => Arrived in the US under L1 status / work visa

03/05/05 => Met the love of my life

07/02/07 => Married my wonderful USC husband

10/03/08 => Package sent to USCIS

03/03/09 => Interview in Chicago, IL =>> APPROVED!

______REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS JOURNEY______________

12/03/10 => Package sent to California service center

03/02/11 => 10 YR GREEN CARD RECEIVED!!

01/20/12 => Filed N-400 for Citizenship

06/21/12 => Citizenship interview: Approved!

07/25/12 => Oath Ceremony.. DONE WITH USCIS!!

2016

Jul 5 - Receipt date for I-130 petition for my over 21 brother and his wife (both in the UK)

2024

Feb 23 - Sent USCIS a message asking for a processing update

May 6 - Received an email response saying things were progressing normally but that waiting times might be longer

2014

Feb 25, 26 & 28 - got emails saying that the cases had been transferred to another office, then to my local office, and then just transferred and are being processed

Mar 17 - got email, attached to one case number only, saying that my A number was changed relating to the I-130 filing
