Hi

suggest you call NVC at 1 603 334 0700

have your NVC number or get it through the automatic voice system by giving your USCIS number

ask for operator, given him your email names

(so you will have a copy of what the lawyer receives)

and ask what is the status / outlook

we were approved after you

and paid bills on Saturday thank to email noticification

that gave us instructions and Invoice identification number to pay.

If you already have your NVC case number. You should call NVC and give them yours and your spouse email add. Then your spouse the beneficiary needs to sign the Ds-3032 CHOICE OF AGENT,,,THIS CAN BE YOUR LAWYER SINCE YOU ALREADY HAVE ONE OR YOUself....MY ADVICE,, DO IT YOURSELF,,, YOU DON'T NEED A LAWYER...PROCESS IS VERY SIMPLE... IF YOU HAVE IT SNAIL MAILED...YOUR SPOUSE NEEDS TO SIGN IT..NO NEED FOR A SIGNATURE IF IT'S EMAILED TO NVC....
