well this is cool, we got people i believe who are in same situation with similar timelines. MrsWhizz, Me, Isabel, simplemale and girl37. Who thinks our k3 will approve before the CR1?

Hm that would be awesome....since her NOA1 date is March 24th maybe there is hope now. I wouldnt bet that the K3 is approved before the CR1 but hey if so....I would be dancing for hours

Our K-1 NOA date was 3-16-06. today i recieved a NFE. How much longer do we have to wait for some kind of answer? And also, are they just asking for evidence of a conviction? I dont think i was ever arrested, I never saw a jail cell in my life. the local police here tell me INS is looking for " convictions " . i'm confused.

Received my RFE for the IMBRA for the K3 today. At least we know that they are doing something. All we can do it get them returned and wait some more. Hopefully it's a short wait.

And I had heard from so many that the K3's were not affected - NOOOOOOOTTTT!!!!!!

You can add me to this, I submitted mine about the same time but I never did receive an e-mail that my I-129F was sent to CSC.

I revieved am email notification for an RFE a week ago, but still have not gotten the paper copy. What are people getting for the RFE? I hope I get the paper copy soon so that I can act on it.

Have not received anything yet but need to ask: do you send back the RFE by itself? Or submit the entire I-129f package again? (I thought that was the procedure for RFEs.) Anybody get any instructions?

I recieved my RFE since Saturday and according to it all I have to return is the letter along withthe questions. Just two sheets. It did not mention anwhere on it that I need to resubmitt the I129F package.

I received an RFE today regarding IMBRA and I filed for the K-3 Visa. I didn't think it applied to those who were already married, but I guess it does. The first question on the letter specifically references your "fiance or spouse". Anywho, it was a simple enough document (unless you've got a criminal history) and I sent my reply today. We'll see what happens next....

I just received a double email today from the USCIS stating that they mailed me an RFE on 01 July (which i think was a saturday). Are they actually working on the weekends now? Have they seen the light? I hope so for everyone's sake.

I should probably receive it by the end of the week.....considering its independence day tomorrow ...Keeping my fingers crossed that nothing goes wrong before I leave for India ..I cut quite close with this trip.....

hi,i just received rfe for k3,as well as i130 approval in my mail box this afternoon,dont know which route to go now.

I received my update, double emails, and my RFE in the mail today. My RFE is dated 06/28/06. The emails says the RFE was mailed out on 7/01/06 and it was in my mail today. That was fast.
