The Sotomayor nomination wins support from Democrats 81 - 3 percent and independent voters 50 - 26 percent, while Republicans oppose it 46 - 26 percent, the independent Quinnipiac University survey finds. Men approve of the nomination 48 - 31 percent while women approve 59 - 18 percent.

Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Talk about illegitimate polling questions. We were told we can't judge Obama's first 100 days because we haven't seen the outcome of his programs yet we are supposed to blindly say yea or nay to a prepackaged supreme court nominee no one ever heard of before Tuesday.
