Blank RFE anyone?

Did anyone happen to scan their questionnaire page from the IMBRA RFE before filling it out? I got the RFE today from CSC and they only gave me the first two pages. I tried calling them but their office is closed for the week. I tried looking on USCIS website under the forms page, but no dice. I would be eternally grateful to anyone who might have or know where to get a blank IMBRA questionnaire. If push comes to shove, Ill call USCIS on Monday of course, but goodness knows how long it will take them to send out another form. Those dorks.

I may be mistaken , but isn't page 3 the crucial one that needs to be an original? Anyone?

In any case, that sucks. Sorry to hear that.

Sucky, but yeah you're probably right. I wasnt even thinking about needing an original. My mind has been spinning ever since I only found two pages in the envelope. I have been in a whole new dimension of p!$$ed off since then.

Ah well.... thanks for trying Wills :)

What do you mean? mine only has 3 different sheets and 4 pages in all. The first one is the green sheet with all our information on it , the second one is the IMBRA questionaire on it and the last one is the supplemental informations.

LOL! Oh Heavens to Betsy, I didnt mean to cause confusion. In my envelope I got two pages, one blue and one white. The blue two-sided one is labeled 'Page 1 of 3' the white one is labeled 'Page 2 of 3', but there was no page 3 anywhere to be found. They didnt give me an IMBRA questionaire. I can now most definitely be described as "having one's panties in a wad".

On the flipside, if I didnt get the questionaire maybe I am magically exempt! Hmmmm....

Keep in mind that you two are from different service centers. This fact may be key to the discrepancy in document count and color. Just a thought.

No you are not exempt, you probably got a different kind of rfe for something else. i will call them if i was you. Your IMBRA rfe is probably on the way.

True, true. I think I catch what Taye was saying about the 4-page count, though. One of them is two-sided, but it threw me for a loop the first time I read it.

I just hope this doesnt happen to anyone else. I got the call while I was at work that a letter came from DHS and I was tickled pink, knowing it was the RFE. I called Ahmed and he was absolutely over the moon with happiness that things are finally moving on our case. It's dissapointing to be in this pickle, but I'll worm through it eventually. Even if that means getting on the phone Monday morning and waiting in an hour-long call queue just to rip someone a new @$$hole.

Go back outside and check on the ground by your mail box, make sure you did not drop the form on the ground.

I was joking about the exemption :), but it would have been a nice possibility. I am certain it is the IMBRA RFE, the letter explaining the IMBRA law was inlcuded in the envelope with the blue Notice of Action, they just left out the questionaire. I, too thought perhaps I had dropped the form by accident, but I didnt open the envelope until I sat down at the table to read it. I checked all around the table, alas no questionaire :(

I wonder what CSC will say if I tell them the dog ate my IMBRA?

You are taking this in stride. Cheers to you on that. Clearly, you should phone them up ASAP, perhaps they will correct their mistake with a FEDEX. Well anyway, they should.

You now have a clear case for an expedited process (their mistake). Good luck to you.

Are all questions there? And the place to sign it?

If it is, send back as it is, and maybe a note saying you never got the 3rd page. If this 3rd missing page is just where to sign and date, do so in a separate sheet of paper and explain that your envelope came with a missing paper. In the meantime call USCIS and explain the situation.

Im trying to be a good brownie :) I really blew a gasket earlier when it first became apparent that the questionaire was left out, but Im starting to chill. Going postal isnt really going to do much good. And truthfully, Id rather it happen to a couple like us who are early on in the process and arent waiting for a re-scheduled interview. Even though I want my honey with me ASAP, there are other folks who have been separated alot longer and were alot further along in the process. Yeah, Im p!$$ed off at CSC for screwing up on our RFE, but it could have been way worse. It's also the end of my day and Im half-asleep. I see things through polka-dotted glasses when Im tired :)

I hadnt thought about requesting an expedited case, that's a good point! In any event, if I cant get my mitts on another form before Monday, Ill be ringing CSC's phone off the hook Monday morning.

This is an excellent excuse for a Long Island Iced Tea :)

An interesting idea, thanks L&L maybe Ill give it a shot :)

Nighty night all. Ill be back tomorrow to continue with the freaking out :hehe:

I am a little confused because I saw one of the Vermont RFE's scanned, and mine didn't look like theirs. My questionnaire was just a sheet of paper without any of my information on it. It could easily be scanned and filled out without them knowing. Was anyone else's like this? There was a green sheet with my information and then just two other sheets, one with the questions and the other one with instructions.

I think each center did what they could since this won´t be a constant procedure, but just one to be done for those that applied with the old form after March 6th.
