My hubby applied at all the standard places around town, just got the call today for holiday work. It's better than nothing!

Yeah, my husband is going to look into some holiday work as well - even just to get out of the house.

The fact that everyone seemed to get touches on the same 2 dates doesn't give me extra hope that something is happening any faster... at least we know something is happening there but who knows what ...i just want it done with.. tired of waiting and watching people move on past us

So, I was just thinking, knowing USCIS and their craziness and knowing that this same exact thing happened to us with the I-129F application (which still says "Case received and pending" on the status page although we got 2 touches back to back and then the NOA2 in the mail a week later), do you think that they might have approved us on the 16th and sent to get the GC printed on the 19th without actually changing the status on the webpage? Maybe a far shot, but trying to stay positive here. Keep checking your snail-mail boxes, guys!

They seem to be handing out treats on Fridays ... I got my k-1 visa, my ead and ap on a Friday . So hopefully this Friday we'll get our emails.

Our K1 still shows pending too, but we never ever got a touch on that one other than the "we have got it' notice. At least this time around the date has changed a couple of times.

we now resume this waiting game ........ that was kind of a tease how could they tease us like that ... i have no faith in how fast they may get things done i'm tired of watching people file things weeks after i have and they get approved way ahead of my wife and I .

I'm still hoping for something in the mail. I had this EXACT same "tease" for the K-1 and then the NOA2 was in our mailbox. I'm looking for good news Keep your heads up guys...no reason to get negative and compare yourselves with others. If there's anything we should have learned throughout this Visa Journey, it's that no two are the same!
