Me too

Me three!!

It would be nice to be done with waiting... but on the other hand, the longer we wait now, the longer we can wait to remove conditions in 2 years... so there is somewhat of a positive... we get a longer 2 year break from USCIS.

It would be good to be all done with this for a bit. Waiting around is a bit nerve wracking for sure. It's nearly 3 months since we were sent to CA to 'speed up processing'

It kinda pokes holes in the "speed up processing " theory

Well I'd have to say we have pretty much put that myth to rest

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

what's interesting is that none of us got rfe's and yet we are stalled ...

The Lord is my strength and my shield,

My heart trusted in Him and I am helped,

therefore my heart greatly rejoices,

and with my song I will praise Him.

Psalm 28:7

Okay I don't know what is going on. I had an email and a touch. Transfer notice. This one doesn't mention CSC. It says:

Application Type: I485 , APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred.

The I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

Because it doesn't mention a transfer back to your local office it has stayed at CSC and I would consider it a touch and think they are back on it. I have read where a file gets transferred originally to CSC and then transferred again to the local office for final processing and an interview but I don't think that is your case, I think they would say so. Stranger things have happened they move in mysterious ways.

And not before time. They have had the file in CSC for three months, so let's say I am not impressed by the transfer notice that says it was sent out there to speed up processing.

Actually, I thought it was based on the 2-year anniversary?? We got touched yesterday! At least we haven't been totally forgotten!

Edit: touch, but no email

I am really happy all of us were touched at the same time. It makes me feel so much better that my case isn't odd, it's just that they are getting to our pile of paperwork ...

I so hope we all get our gg's next week!

Yes even i got a touch too on the same date ... lets just hope they weren't blowing the dust off the stack of paperwork

Haha, hopefully we'll hear something today!

Those of you who have already been approved, when do you have to remove conditions? 2 year anniversary of marriage or green card?
