Wow! It does appear to have slowed way down huh? I hope all of you get cleared real soon. Truly apologize I haven't been much support recently, things have taken my time lately. Chin up on the approvals. Has anyone heard anything or has it just been this purgatory and hearing nothing?

I have to laugh though, the paper for the transfer says we were sent to CSC in order to speed up processing

That is quite ironic, although the wait is not quite as stressful for this as it was for the I-129F approval. At least he has his EAD, even though he still hasn't found a job yet :( Hopefully soon!

Me too

Me three!!

It would be nice to be done with waiting... but on the other hand, the longer we wait now, the longer we can wait to remove conditions in 2 years... so there is somewhat of a positive... we get a longer 2 year break from USCIS.

Removing Conditions

Sent package to VSC - 8/12/11

NOA1 - 8/16/11

Biometrics - 9/14/11

It would be good to be all done with this for a bit. Waiting around is a bit nerve wracking for sure. It's nearly 3 months since we were sent to CA to 'speed up processing'

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.

It kinda pokes holes in the "speed up processing " theory
