06/24 package sent ( I130, I485, AP, EAD ) - delivered on 06/26

07/02 checks cashed

NOAs 07/01- received 07/06

Biometrics letter-dated 07/07, received 07/10

07/14 Touch on I130, I131, I765

Biometrics appointment 08/01

08/03 Touch on I765 & I485

08/13 EAD & AP approved

8/14 AP touched

8/17 Received Interview Appointment letter

8/21EAD & AP in the mail

9/22 Interview APPROVED!!!

9/24 Card production ordered e-mail

10/03 GC received !!!

Sorry I have been away..I have been busy moving! Congrats to everyone receiving GC's.

I hope your move is going smoothly subguy. I had the same experience...a job change, and a move. It takes over your life. I hope there is a break in the hold up with those that are still waiting. Any interviews this week?

2009-08-12 no biometrics yet.......called on 30 day mark to report no biometrics, a service inquiry has been made on the case.....

2009-08-25 - received Biometrics appointment letter!

2009-08-27 I-131 (AP) approved

2009-09-15 Biometrics appointment

2009-09-15 EAD Card production ordered!

All of the July filers are starting to get their approvals.

It's strange, but I guess stranger things have happen.

Removing Conditions

Sent package to VSC - 8/12/11

NOA1 - 8/16/11

Biometrics - 9/14/11

I just read in the April forum that one lady got an approval just now and she had no rfe's nor an interview. Her noa1 is April 29th and she was transferred to csc. So some get approved slower than others.

It is hard, and it seems that we have been held up a lot in this process. We were nearly 7 weeks at NVC on 'random checks' when most of the other people when we filed flew through there in 2 or 3 days.

I have to laugh though, the paper for the transfer says we were sent to CSC in order to speed up processing :lol:
