My husband and I have been slacking this week on sending out the AOS stuff. Well I've been busy at work and I think that he is relaxing after all of our wedding stuff. I just have oen question.

As the USC, the only thing that I need to do is:

-fill out the Aff of Support

-supply my 2008 Tax Return and W2s and tax transcripts for 2007 and 2006

-get the aff of support notarized

Is there anything else?

That looks about right except you also need a letter of employment from your work stating when you started work and how much you make annually. The letter should state your position and wether its full time,part time .You can request it from your human resource office ,be sure to have it the same day.Well,my husband got his the same day.

i told the doctor at St.Luke's Manila that i will get my vaccination here thats why we went to a civil surgeon...it was covered by my husband's health insurance(TT and Chicken pox vaccines) but he paid the transcription?? in Form I-693 for 35 dollars ..

I read in several places that you can put that you do not know the date of intended travel and also mark multiple trips. I hope it works for me. Good Luck! You will be happy to send it off but take your time getting things right. I went over it and over it and I still worry about something I missed.

Hello everybody! Add a new June filer to the forum.

I'm new but I read the whole website already.

I was ripped off by my previous lawyer (said he filed it but never did) so I gave up on attorneys and decided to use the guides here.

Turns out I'm much happier, much more informed and feel comfortable about the whole procedure now.

I mailed out my AOS package yesterday 06/10/09 and as of right now it's waiting at its PO box for pickup.

Will update as soon as something changes...

I joined the AOS June filers club today.

If anyone needs a list of the reasons not to procrastinate when filing the AOS package let me know. I can tell you from personal experience it makes things much more difficult and expensive when you wait!
