Received the RFE today...it is a little confusing. It is regarding the CS paperwork and I-693. I need to get some clarification on this, I will let you know. Did anyone use Dr. Arnold for their work?

I didn't use Dr. A but I know a few people did and I hear their office is very helpful. I hope they can help you straighten this out. You used Dr.A?

I received two more emails just now

Application Type: I485 , APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident.

And...

Application Type: I765 , APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

Both at 1:30. I was under the impression they were at two different offices yet the emails came at the same time...?

Yes I used Dr. Arnold......the Docs around here want anywhere from 150.00-300.00 because everyone wants tp complete a physical. It appears the work they did was incomplete, it says they received the I-693...but she needs the labs and physical again as best I can tell. Maybe they didn't complete the entire form at this point in time I have no idea.

Bella received a CRIS email today telling us that the EAD card production was ordered on 8/10. They had previously informed us it was ordered on 8/5.

I know others have also received multiple notices. Did we figure out what the second letter indicates? Does this mean the card is now in the mail or is it just the usual USCIS incompetence that no one can decipher?

Has anyone got an request to attend interview yet? I got mine yesterday for the 9th of sep, but my cases online still show received and pending at the national benefits center. not touches or emails. Not even to say its been transferred to local office. (should they have sent me one?)

I filed (noa1) on the 18th June. to this date no word or movement on the ead or ap which hopefully i wont be needing now.

You will probably get it within a couple of days, if not tomorrow. I got my EAD yesterday in the mail already and today got an e-mail that my approval notice was sent. Confusing..

But I got it already, so am not going to worry about it.

I'm waiting to get my interview date any day hopefully.

how quirky you married the day before us and did biometrics day before me too! Only difference is I file aos a week or two before. I think they are taking their time on mine late biometrics and while everyone else has ead and ap from filing near June 18 th I am still waiting . Did you file ap too? Has it been touched at all? Mine hasn't yet just the obligatory ead and i485 the day after biometrics.

We filed for AP, and so far that hasn't been touched, just the EAD and the I485. I wonder if that's the usual?

I filed for ap too and when they touched ead and aos after biometrics they left out the ap. i beleive ap is not connected to the biometrics like the other two applications. because its the only na1 that doesn't refer to biometrics appointments.

However i got my interview letter for the 9th of sept in the mail yesterday i am so happy!! :dance: So don't think that the online case status is accurate they never touched me again or updated me. why am i not surprised.

Ok....here is the update. They gave me until Sept. 18th to return the evidence so I started to call the CS's in Orlando area, prices have gone up a bit since last check. The average was about 275.00 one wanted 500.00. And the majority had no available appointments this week and some were not available for 2 weeks. It worried me a little because if she had to have the full medical I knew it would mean time for results to return from the lab as well. My last call was to a Dr. who ask if I could get there today. His price was 130. +25. for the labs. WOOHOO so we went today. He reviewed the vaccinations and said he wouldn't sign off or ignore the fact that Alexandra had started the HPV but now she is 27 so she isn't supposed to have anymore of the series, a controversy in and of itself. He said it would be signed as incomplete unless she has it. Then he said there was one other vaccination she needed as well. By the end of the day my 155.00 day cost me 408.00. But the tests and paperwork will be ready on Thursday and then I can have her skin test read and pick up her paperwork. I have a feeling they lost the paperwork as well, but you are kind of between a rock and a hard place. Poor Alexandra is the most examined, vaccinated woman I know...

Well that totally sucks. She already had all this done, they lost the medical paperwork, and you have to pay to have it all again. Once you hand that envelope over at the POE...you think they would keep track of it.
