Wow, lots going on since I last checked! I had to read like 5 pages to catch up :wacko:

Sorry about the RFE, hopefully it will be something easy to take care of. However, I didn't know it was possible to get an RFE after having EAD & AP approved. That makes me kind of worried :unsure: I already had a RFE before and if they don't accept it, they don't send out another RFE...just deny the AOS! Or so I've read...hopefully we will all be past this step soon!

Yes I had a strange feeling when I had 2 touches on my AOS 2 days in a row. We will wait and see what it is when the hard copy arrives. I was surprised to receive one at this stage.

Subguy, please let us know what your RFE was for as soon as you can. We realize you do have a life outside of VJ, as we all do, but remember us when you get a chance!! :lol:

Oh, and about the EAD card, I think I got the first email twice and then the email saying "Approval notice sent" after that. A total of 3.

Got AP in the mail today! EAD is next! fortunately, my husband's employer accepted the approval email and he started his new job today!

Got AP in the mail today! EAD is next! fortunately, my husband's employer accepted the approval email and he started his new job today!

Congrats!!! I hope to get something in the mail too.I'm applying for jobs too but I'm not so lucky yet.Hopefully once I'll get the EAD I'll set lucky with the jobs too.

Josue's applying for various jobs but nothing yet. Nervous about the interview process because of the language barrier. Hopefully everything will go well! Took and passed his driver's test today to get his VA license - but it's only good til the Exp date on his EAD. When the GC comes, they will extend it.
