I'm really hoping they get going on mine ... just had to turn down another job because of no EAD yet it's getting almost aggrivating. so far thats 4 in a week and only 1 said they will wait as long as they can I WANT TO WORK .. this last one sucked to say no to they had good benifits and a good wage .. ugghhh .. hopefully soon

I'm sure you'll get something this week.I know how u feel I've been there only yesterday but maybe tomorrow morning you'll have good news too.I think they sent me the e-mails last night at 11 pm...weird time for update...but maybe you'll get something tonight...Good luck!!!

CONGRATS~! to everyone who received good news.

I have one worry though. I received CRIS email on 7/31 stating that my EAD was approved and mailed on 7/30.

Today is 8/5/09 and I have yet to receive my notice or card.

For those of you who received EAD, did you receive separate mail including EAD card and approval notice?

12/13/07: Met for the first time

1/4/08: Began dating

1/18/09: Got engaged

5/26/09: Holy matrimony

6/3/09: I-130 & AOS sent via FedEx Express Saver

6/5/09: Package received by USCIS Office - signed by A. Ainalakis

6/11/09: Checks for I-130 and I-485 cashed

6/15/09: NoA received were received for I-130, I-485 and I-765 (they were all dated 6/10/09)

7/7/09: Biometric date (completed on 7/2/09)

7/21/09: Interview date notice received (notice dated 7/15/09)

7/24/09: EAD card production ordered (whatever it means)

8/6/09: EAD card received in mail at last (it was mailed out on 7/30/09)

9/10/09: Interview passed after 10 minutes!!!

9/14/09: Received Welcome Notice in mail

9/21/09: Finally received the CARD that I have been looking for many many years

6/10/2011: Removal of condition

I got another 2 emails saying that was case was transferred and then pending... I wonder why it duplicated. Did that happen to anyone else?

Also my EAD was touched today, I guess after the biometrics...

Hopefully I hear something in the next 2-3 weeks.

This is the way it went for us as well...we did not receive a seperate letter, just the letter with the card.

My hubby's EAD was ordered on 7/29 and I got another email yesterday saying it was approved. Still haven't gotten anything in the mail, although we already received AP which was also approved on 7/29. Remember they have to actually make the card, so it may be several more days.

Received emails @ 7:45 PM eastern time to say that Bella's EAD & AP have been approved. OK Bella, time to get to work! :dance:

And believe it or not, Bella's online status has been updated to reflect the approvals. USCIS is humming like a well oiled machine tonight! :wow:

Congratulations on all the good news everyone!

I have heard nothing since July 21st. I'm trying really hard to be patient but it's so tough!

Hopefully next week will be my week! :innocent:

We mailed our package on June 9th 2009.

NOA notice date: June 17th

I-130 and I-765 touched: July 1st (but not I-130)

Biometrics: July 9th CANCELLED

Biometrics: July 18th completed

I-485 & I-765 touched: July 20th & 21st

Received interview notice: August 8th

EAD production ordered: August 12th

EAD CARD received: August 17th

EAD Approval notice sent: August 17th

INTERVIEW: SEPTEMBER 8TH

I got an email yesterday about my AOS, card production oredered. I am just wondering , is it normal that my AOS comes first before EAD AND AP approval?

Nothing is ever normal with USCIS but why worry about this? You have a greencard on the way! You will not need the other two items. Congratulations! :)
