Congratulations on the first approval for June 2009!

I have a quick q;

What are the chances of getting transfered if you had your paperwork completed by an attorney?

I WILL fill my timeline in a few moments (before I get prompted!)

I don't think using an attorney would increase your chance of getting transferred or case expedited. Your visa status is more important element. If you are on K-1 visa, you have a high chance of getting your case transferred and receive GC without an interview. If you hold any other visa or out of status, you will most certainly be interviewed.

No emails/touches/mail today - Frustrated!!!

I tried to keep busy today by making the hubby a nice dinner. Hopefully it'll take my mind off it..at least until we eat it!

Did the biometrics this afternoon, glad I took a few things with me by way of ID. They wanted all the NOA receipt numbers (I had those with me) something with my new name on it (SSN) and I had to produce my marriage certificate as my passport still shows my previous name. Course it does..it's good for another year

Super Congrats!!! I was looking over past timelines and thought that someone may hear something soon. You must be so excited...celebrate tonight! I have been very busy looking for work so I haven't posted in a bit but I am keeping up with all the activity. Congrats to all that have seen some action. I am still waiting for news on our EAD and AP but I may hear about my GC before I hear about the others. I have an interview tomorrow at a local High School for a long term art position. Wish me luck and again Congrats to all especially Richy and Rosy!

She seemed to have trouble with my right hand, took each one 3 or 4 times..I am older, perhaps my fingerprints are wearing off

Nothing personal about your age (especially since I don't know how old you are), my grandmother (who has been a GC holder for 50 years) had to go 3 separate times to her local office - which was a 3 hour drive - to do biometrics as they wouldn't accept her fingerprints that barely showed up.

Does anyone know why USCIS sends two separate CRIS email including same content? I received a CRIS email on 7/24 stating they ordered production of EAD card then same email on 7/29?
