I like the counting days option on the spreadsheet. I was looking at other spreadsheets and it looks like they process the K1 visa holders fastest because some have their interviews as early as 2 months from the filing date. Some of you even have the option of being transfered which means you wont get interviewed.

It makes so much sense since you guys start the process from overseas.

So to y'all K1 visa holders, your approvals are on their way:)

I received the AP in the mail yesterday. Anyone else who has received their AP - did it have any kind of stamp in the lower right-hand corner of the page? Mine has an empty square with the words "National Benefits Center Stamp

above it - but no stamp! Is that normal or did they forget to stamp mine?

The other interesting fact was I received a new email update last night that my EAD was approved on the 27th and card production was ordered!!! This is after I already received the exact same email on the 22nd saying I was approved on the 22nd! I thought that was pretty funny! :hehe:

I have seen that happen to a number of people looking at their timelines, and then they get their EAD card like next day or smth.. It is funny though.. You never really know what's going on over there

I could be wrong but i would say that the interview won't be until at least 90 days from your NOA1.

I have seen this from mine and a few other F1 fillers timelines.

I see...

I haven't even thought about that, but it does make sense why K-1 filers would have faster processing times.. I guess I should prepare myself for more and more waiting, it is such a pleasure after all.. ;)

Also, I have noticed that if the petitioner is in the Army, or about to be deployed, they tend to quicken your application.

I see you have already done your biometrics, i am sure your EAD approval will be in the next couple of weeks and then the job hunting begins....unless of course you already have your OPT.

Good luck.
