2. AP approved

Then I checked the mailbox and found a letter for the interview appointment on August 24.

Wow, that would make a pretty great day!! ;) Congratulations! Your interview is pretty close, I can't believe how fast the processing time is these days!

You should definitely go out this weekend for some celebration! :dance:

WOW USCIS is on a roll and wasting no time…I haven’t had a chance to read all of the post on this thread but CONGRATS to all on their great news!!

Since it’s been a while here is my update- I had to reschedule my biometrics which was slated for the 30th of June. Prior to this I showed up a week and a half early for the appointment but was told walk-ins were not permitted. I explained that I would be out of state on the scheduled date and will not return until a week after. I was advised to mail the Biometrics notice back to their office and I would be sent a new date and time.

After my trip I did this and in a weeks’ time I received a new appointment letter. I went in yesterday at 11a.m …was done within 15 minutes..by 5pm yesterday, I received a case update stating that a card production was ordered. I was blown away at the fact that so soon after my biometrics this was done….especially since I haven’t had a touch on my applications in over a month.

May 30th, 2009 - Mailed Package

June 2nd, 2009 - Recieved & signed by M.Harris

June 8th, 2009 - NOA (I-130, I-485, I-765)

June 11th, 2009 - Cheques cashed

June 13th, 2009 - NOA arrived in mail for Biometrics

June 30th, 2009 - Biometrics Appointment

July 7th, 2009 - Reschedule Biometrics

July 13th, 2009 - NOA for Biometrics arrive in mail

July 22nd, 2009 - Biometrics Appointment (done)

:o oooooh they never sent me my biometrics, so i had to phone on monday and tell them its been over 30 days. mshe sent a service request and i hope to have a letter soon asking me to come. i hope that my ead and ap is as fast as yours after so i can catch some time up. Cos I have a driving holiday coming up and we need the ap for that for sure and i think father in law wants to leave bit earlier than we planned. Congrats :thumbs:
