God's timing is the perfect and always His will is done in our lives

I always say this short prayer when i get discouraged

Anytime i get discouraged, I feel weak , question myself why things are not moving fast, I ask Jesus to help me. I can't do it alone but its by the grace of God.

Look at our lives, things seem to move slow, because we are all waiting but its God's grace and Hope that keeps us going.

Remember what seem to us as bitter trials are often blessings in disguise

Thanks for the kind and encouraging words, shefellfromheaven! I went surfing after work last night and caught a couple of nice waves and felt so at peace - in total harmony with ocean and nature. Everything felt just right. Some little paperwork seemed like a relativel insignificant thing in the grand scheme of things.

I have a good feeling that everything for all of us here will work itself out just fine. :star:

So the meaning behind 'SurfingPumpkin'

Congrats!!

It is so quiet! Last week was exciting and now not a whole lot.

:ot: So what is your favorite thing about being married? I think mine is the occasional coffee in bed.

Had biometrics yesterday, It was not quite the quickie that most people experience. We were there about an hour and a half for 3 biometrics.

A clerk for the contractor that does the biometrics scolded me for the name I used on Bella's applications. I had used her married name where she took her maiden name as her middle name (since she originally had no middle name) and my last name as her new last name. The clerk implied that it was going to cause problems. Oh well, nothing to do now but wait and see I guess.

Received touches yesterday for all the 485's & 765's. I was surprised to see the touches and assumed they were related to the biometrics.

Sorry you had a little snafu...I appears that most us have had touches after the bio appointment. I am glad you are moving along though...good deal!

Morning Everyone!

Congrats Mon Ami on the interview!!!

I'm going stir-crazy over here. Hubby has been super busy at work and working a lot of overtime so he hasn't been around to distract me enough to stop me from checking my email all the time!!

I feel like USCIS teases us by touching our cases and then not approving anything!

Hope we hear some good things this afternoon!!

It is difficult not to check multiple times a day although we know it isn't going to hurry the process...I have the site bookmarked in my phone as well :D

I hung out at the beach myself on Sunday afternoon and stayed until dusk....I dont think I once thought about the paperwork. I know I am truly looking forward to a almost 2 year break from USCIS after this portion is done.

:ot: So what is your favorite thing about being married? I think mine is the occasional coffee in bed.

I noticed the same thing, it is already Wednesday evening, and there wasn't much news at all.. I am sure that only means though that soon there are going to pour heavily!!

Favorite thing about being married? Nothing really changed for me in the past 5 months as far as our relationship goes, but I LOVE the fact that we created a real family, are planning on having kids, etc. I knew I'd be there one day, but actually starting to plan all this now is extremely exciting for me! I am a very organized person, so now knowing a little more certain what my future is going to be gives me a happy feeling ;)

Sorry if the answer was too long, I got excited :)!
