I had a touch on I130, I131,I765 yesterday , nothing on I485 ...I hope this is a good sign , what do you think? Maybe there is no touch on the I485 because they are waiting for the biometrics

Yep anytime they touch it measn things are moving...Congratulations!! You will probably receive a touch the day of or the day after your bio appointment.

Congrats to all, whose application is moving along!!!!

I have a question: I received a RFE last Wednesday, and sent it to them on Friday with delivery confirmation. USPS says that the package was delivered on Monday, but I still have not gotten an update that my case was resumed. Is it normal to take a couple of days to see whether they received all the evidence they needed?! I am starting to worry about it...

I would give it to the end of the week first of next week...it looks like you had a touch on your EAD,AP on the 13th. Who knows sometimes they aren't the best communicators...at least you know it was received by them.

We had our Travel Document and EAD approved this week. I131 was approved on Monday and just got an Email from CRIS that Card production for EAD has been ordered. We had no touches at all. We are happy

I wouldn't worry about it. Some get lots of touches, some get none. I had several in a row but nothing since 6/25. Just be patient!!!

I sent mine on the 7th and it was delivered on the 13th and I haven't heard anything either...I'm sure it's normal!

Agreed I am such an organizational freak I can not resist a tool like a spread sheet or a timeline. Thanks again DavChels! I have been keeping track of the progress from my phone. Not much happening the past few days. Lets hope for a freaky friday. Went to Six Flags with Balvino on tuesday and he loved the roller-coasters.

Some advice please. I filed my AOS including Advanced Parole and EAD at the beginning of June, received NOA dated June 12th. I went in early for my biometrics on June 23rd. The original appointment was for July 9th, this was cancelled and a new appointment letter was received for July 21st. I know I don't need to go as I've already done my biometrics, but I haven't had a single touch or anything since the original NOA. Should I be worried? Everybody else seems to have touches as soon as biometrics are done!!

My EAD nor my AP have been touched, my date still says 6-12. My AOS was touched but that was due to the transfer. I would not worry yet. Good Luck!!

I just got an e-mail that my RFE was received yesterday, and case processing has been resumed!!! YAY!
