Means someone working on your file.

I just checked and all forms, but my I-130 have been touched... I wonder what that means, maybe they got my biometrics results...

In any case, I am happy there is some progress.. B)

Congratulations to everyone whose EADs have been approved today!

Hi Guys!

Well I went and at first the lady seemed annoyed but after looking over some paperwork ( I think it was to see who was coming) she said she could fit me in! Whoot.

Also I'm not sure about the office you guys went to, but this one was SMALL! Seriously enough to open the door, stand at the window and sit in one of the two chairs!! The door you enter in to go get the stuff done is almost the entire wall! seriously it was super super tiny!

Here's hoping to a quick EAD :D

Panna - I think it's the people who are adjusting from K visas who sometimes don't need to get interviewed again since they were already interviewed at the consulate. On the other hand, people like you (adjusting from F-1) and me (adjusting from H-1B) will have to do this interview though, since we have not been previously interviewed in connection with our bona fide relationship with our spouse.

Some K-1 visa holders do not get interviewed? I hope that is true but I have not heard that before. I know that some people do not get interviewed but I did not realize they were usually K1's.

Me neither...I have even seen people transferred to CSC and then transferred again to a local office. I gave up during the K1 process trying to figure out the process. It would be interesting to find out if the only people not interviewed were K visa people. I know people with K visas do get interviewed as well...but not sure how they decide who doesn't.

My I-130 and I-765 shows on USCIS website last updated on 07-13-09, but nothing has changed. What could this mean? RFE coming?

You are not God, do not pass judgement, god will judge you. You are no better than anyone, stop acting as you are. You have to like yourself first before others do, do they really?. Stop trying to be a hero, you are not.
