Happy Monday to all as well. I have a feeling that it will be a bit quiet for us now after all the action on our AOS. The last touch was on the 10th. No touches on the other two applications, not even for the biometrics we did back in June. I have a question...When you all went in for your biometrics did they give you back your appointment slip stamped and initialed by the person at the desk that checked you in or did they keep it. I was just going through our paperwork and realized that we still have the appointment notice with the stamp.

Panna, To answer your question about our kitten during the flight. She was a dream. She took a nap and people watched from her carrying case. The only time she complained was in the cab going to the airport.

Hope to hear good news on the thread this week. Good Luck all!!

They returned the stamped form with borth people who touched the paper at the local center

Some do not need interviews.

Panna - I think it's the people who are adjusting from K visas who sometimes don't need to get interviewed again since they were already interviewed at the consulate. On the other hand, people like you (adjusting from F-1) and me (adjusting from H-1B) will have to do this interview though, since we have not been previously interviewed in connection with our bona fide relationship with our spouse.

I have spent hours looking at timelines trying to predict when the interview might be, and it has been futile. Some people do get interviewed 2 - 2 1/2 months after filing; some wait several months more - it varies case by case. I would wait until receipt of the interview letter (which would still be a good month or so before the interview), or book now if you can change the reservation later.

Thank you for your advice! That is exactly what we decided to do also, I would just be too stressed all the time if we booked now.. I have a feeling that if we made a reservation, the interview would have been scheduled right in the middle of our stay in Ukraine :) Just the law of luck or smth :)

Thanks Panna. Hang in there too. It will be a year :whistle: next month ( since first application sent { K-1}), Its a journey, full of ups and downs. We got to be strong , patient. We did it for our loved ones that in itself was a big sacrifice to start all over again. - in our life , careers and just almost everything. With our Heavenly Father , we shall over come everything :star::yes:

i got an email too saying EAD CARD production ordered. :) last touch on my EAD was today but still no touch on my AOS.

God is good though.

I just checked and all forms, but my I-130 have been touched... I wonder what that means, maybe they got my biometrics results...
