Green card came in the mail today. Good til 11/18/11...when do we have to remove conditions?

Between 8/20/11 and the expiration date, right?

06.17.09 - NOAs issued

06.24.09 - Biometrics done (3 weeks earlier than appt date)

07.03.09 - received RFE for I-693 (dated 6.29, responded 7.07)

07.23.09 - transferred to CSC (received letter 7.27)

07.29.09 - EAD Card Production Ordered & AP Approved

11.23.09 - AOS touched - card production ordered & welcome letter sent - 13 months exactly after initially applying for K-1!

07.28.11 - received reminder letter from USCIS to remove conditions before 11.18.11

I think you need to file 90 days before the expiration.......Congrats on having the card in hand!

Me neither! But I just read this horror post where someone's residency was terminated because they didn't file ROC on time, and that they don't always send out a reminder. It makes me nervous!

True. True. I have to admit that I have done a little research but I am determined to take a little break from the insanity and enjoy my new life.

Still nothing. I'd let you know immediately. I called them a month ago, they profusely apologized but said that they are working on May 3rd in the Indianapolis applications. So they know about me but basically let me know that I have to wait.

Did you get transferred to Indianapolis? I thought you were at CSC? Maybe I'm confused...very possible! :wacko:

I am still at csc. It's confusing to me too... I am not sure why they brought up Indianapolis since I am at csc.
