07/28/11 USCIS cashed check

07/30/11 Recieved NOA1 and Biometrics letter

08/24/2011 Biometrics

08/25/2011 RFE sent to us for some info we've already sent in

08/30/2011 sent in the rest of info USCIS asked for

09/13/2011 went to congressman's office to sign papers for expedite of work permit, due to financial hardship

09/15/2011 Work permit expedite approved!! He can finally find a job!

09/24/2011 work permit arrives

09/26/2011 Apply for social security number!

09/30/2011 Letter is sent for interview

11/07/2011 INTERVIEW!!!

Its 2012 and still no approval! Still waiting

01/27/2012 Letter sent stating that file was sent on for more review :(

I was just in NY from Oct 25th 08 til Mar 7th 09.....We have a vacation to ny planned for Sept 5 til Dec 19th. I am so counting the days.

Thanks for the hugs ladies. I was just so sad yesterday all day that Josh's first birthday was so crappy. Our zoo trip got nixed today because its too hot to go out in the sun to see lions--George's words. So we are just chilling at home.

Im eating left over ice cream cake.

June 11 05-Married George, civil ceremony in New York

May 30 08-Baby Joshua was born

Jan 15-Back to NY we go...

May 10-made decision not to go back overseas.

July 10-filed for divorce

Jan 11-Divorce final

July 11-1st trip to take Josh to see George

Mar 12-2nd trip to take Josh to see George

I know this is only 48 hrs after the wisdom teeth came out, but the pain is a killer! Even with the lortab takes a long time for the pain to go away. Im still stuck eating applesauce and jello bcz it hurts to eat anything harder.

Cute baby Tamara, congrats on being an auntie!!!! Could you call your doctor and get some vicoden or percoset? I've never heard of prescribing lortab for wisdom teeth before. My dad always gave out percosets to his patients for the recovery period.

Annie have a fine time getting all your things done and partying tomorrow.

Tamara...congrats on your neice, she is very sweet. My gosh what a thick head of black hair and her arms look very long.

We have another overcasty kind of day today. We haven't had a very nice spring so far.

Last night was my cousin's graduation from H.S. I swear these family get togethers are alot of fun but when I realize how old I am and soon my son will be a graduate in 2011, I really don't know where all those years went :unsure:

Tonight hubby is going to see his favorite guitarist live in concert. Big deal for him and I wanted really wanted to go but I was a tad late getting tickets and can you believe he got the last one :angry:

Have a great weekend. Hope you all find some time to just relax and do something you want to do.

NVC receives I-129F, case # assigned: April 4, 2008 (They NEVER receive the I-130)

Interview Date: August 12, 2008

Visa in hand, 1 month exactly of AP/AR/name checks: September 12, 2008 (whoot! whoot!)

POE: October 16, 2008 (praying all goes smoothly!)

Abed arrives in Lexington, KY (FINALLY! What a rough trip for him!): October 17, 2008, 8:47am EST

Adjustment of Status:

Sent in April 16, 2009

Received NOA1 in mail: April 29, 2009

Biometrics Appt: May 13, 2009

RFE: May 11, 2009 (received May 14, 2009)

Sent in RFE (that we had already included in the original packet!): May 26, 2009

Resumed Processing: June 1, 2009

EAD Card Production Ordered: June 10, 2009 (thank you GOD!!)

Received EAD card: June 20, 2009

2nd Daughter Born: July 13, 2009

Interview Date: July 31, 2009...easy, breezy...Card Production Ordered!

Received 10 year green card : August 14, 2009

Baby Boy is born: May 17, 2012

Apply for Citizenship: October 22, 2012

Interview: January 11, 2013

Oath Date: April 12, 2013 (Covington, KY)

done Done and DONE!!! Praise God!

Now we get to work on getting his family to the US!!
