Hi Guys!

I know I am bit silly. I just need your opinion. I will have 7 hours stop-over at Incheon Airport - Korea. I am thinking to spend that 7 hours at the cafe or maybe try their spa there. But I am thinking if its better to get won (korean money) here than exchange the dollars to won so that I could spend while waiting for my next flight.

Do you think its better to exchange some of my peso to won? (enough won to spend while at the Korean airport) Or I will exchange all of my peso to dollars then have exchange dollars at the Korean airport?

What do you think? :D

Oh.. then by the way also.... Is it okay that I will have 2 baggage (each 30 kgs - which I might pay 50usd each), 11 kgs carry-on bag, and a sling bag? By the way, I will have Korean Air...

Thanks for sharing your suggestions and opinions! Highly appreciated!

If you get hungry at the airport, Just up to someone eating and beg for food

tallcoolone, are you trying to be funny or what?!

In my opinion, just have it all in dollars and have it exchange with the amount you want to spend when you get the airport. At least you would know the prices of the food/things that you want to buy and you can estimate how much you are going to spend.

The food in the airport is pretty cheap.. some of them it cost like 10 000 won ($10) or 16 000 ($16) or so.. $1 = 1,251.06 KRW (2009.05.29)... Have it all exchange to dollars..

Opsssssss.... sorry to spoil your fun but... I grew up not begging for what I want because I always have money..... my family never fails to give me..... so I don't know how to beg... but I know how to spend... :P

One more thing... as far as I know it isn't a Philippine Style....

In my opinion, just have it all in dollars and have it exchange with the amount you want to spend when you get the airport. At least you would know the prices of the food/things that you want to buy and you can estimate how much you are going to spend.

Thanks! sojen.. I am just thinking on how can I save while I am having stop over at the Korean airport...

when my husband and i travel, we usually bring american $, its usually accepted everywhere. theres always an exchange counter at the airport. regarding your baggage allowance, i think international flights allow 2 check in bags weighing 23 kls each , you might need to pay for any excess baggage . however you can always check with the airline company beforehand. carry on the plane is 7 kls and a sling bag is acceptable.

Americans do that here in LA too. Some are waiting outside clothing store asking for a few dollars to buy food, some have cardboard signs in the street. Its also American Style.

LA is not what I consider part of the USA.

It's the land of Fruits and Nuts.

Most of the beggars you are talkin about are looking for money for dope or booze.

Kinda like the young beggars in PI whom want some Peso for some Rugby......

I guess you would consider Dallas, Texas where you live is not part of USA either because beggars also exist there too. They either do it for drugs or food.

Trust Me, It's not because they have beggars that I don't consider it them part of the USA.\

It's the way they live and belief, thus why I call them living in the "Land Of Fruits and Nuts"

Next time try to keep up with the conversation

Thank You............

You always try to generalize people with your remarks that is why you always get comments that correct your statements. And I know from reading posts here in VJ that I am not the only person who can keep up with your so-called conversation.

Hay, sometimes ang mga tumatanda talaga mahirap paliwanagan. Buti na lang asawa ko hindi ganyan.
