Go look at my timeline... but I THINK it was about a month or so before we got ours... and that was considered "FAST" by Cairo standards... ;)

I looked... it was like 40 days...

TY TY TY sooo much for writing.....I am very appreciative that you did!! It lets me know that I am not alone nor nuerotic....you know how it gets at the end?!LOL I was rolling about your comment on how "fast" Cairo is.....I brought a whole huge bag loaded with Hersheys Cocolate to help "speed" things along when we got married there....guess what?? IT WORKED LOL We were approved to marry in three days!! :thumbs:

If we had waited for approval it would have been a year... (we married Islamically) since it was during the time when the Embassy was refusing to provide ANY documents needed to marry in Egypt... :angry::angry: However at this point I honestly don't see any advantage to getting a K-3 visa over a K-1... CR1 would have been worth a longer wait.... but that wasn't an option for us...

hi congratulation for interview ... actually for dhl back ... u can check the dhl site ... it should take 15 days maximum ... for me it takes 10 days and i got my passport stamped back ... wish u good luck :)
