I am really really mad. We finally managed to get the dean of suez canal univ to sign our paper to wes.org saying that is my husbands real transcript..only problem ...he refuses to put it an envelope and sign the flap (to make sure it hasnt been tampered with when it arrives to WES in NYork). He is that idiotic and i am so frustrated. We have been trying since january for this one paper. Sometimes I feel like crying since we cant do anything. Does anyone know if this is against the law in egypt? becuase he said that either signing the envelope or stamping the envelope is against the law....i guess its the only law they really enforce and that is just our luck. Does anybody knwo what we can do? We cannot even have wes call the dean cuz of the time difference(neither is open when the other is). I need to figure this out and find out if it really is against the law in egypt so I can try explaining that to WES....man i dunno what to do can anyone help

Omg! I can't believe he said it's against the law! Of course it's not! This is the legal steps of getting your transcripts transfered! Try to get a relative to pick up the papers and put them in an envelope and have it stamped and then by talking to the guy nicely he will end up signing it insha Allah....
